Taylor Nicole Rogers is the Financial Times’ US Labour & Equality Correspondent. Her reporting centers on the financial, social and policy barriers limiting equal market participation in minority communities.
She joined the FT in November 2020 from Business Insider, where she reported on how the ultra-wealthy were able to access COVID-19 tests before the general public and allegations of workplace discrimination within Pinterest.
Taylor earned a degree in Journalism and Politics from NYU, and is a Tennessee native who spends her time traveling, kayaking, watching crime dramas, and drinking chai lattes.
